At the start, the account manager will discuss the matter over with the client to ascertain his/her objectives and needs concerning the CMS website. Important factors are brought to the client’s attention and pertinent information is collected.

Thereafter, the project manager will take into account the information collected and determine the amount of resources needed as well as the expected man hours required to undertake the study.
